- Does it include breakfast?
Yes, we do include breakfast and coffee with free refills.

- Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes, there is. If you cancel your reservation after you confirm it, there will be a charge of 50% of the total amount of your reservation. However, if you cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to your check-in date, there will be a charge of 100% of your reservation; the same applies if you cancel your reservation on the day of your check-in.

- Do you need to pay some percentage to confirm the reservation?
Yes, you need to provide a payment of the 50% of the total amount of your reservation. The other 50% will be paid the day of your check-in at the hotel.

- What are the payment options?
We accept all kinds of credit cards and / or debit card, or deposit to our account.

- Can I make check-out later than the established?
Yes, late check-out is worth $25 and salts at 4:00 pm.

- Can I check-in later than that established?
Yes, there is no charge for late check-in.

- Can I check-in earlier than established?
Yes, but it depends on availability and there is no extra charge.

- Is there WiFi Internet at the hotel?
Yes, our guests can use our WiFi in all areas for free.

- Do we need to bring our own towels?
No, we provide towels to all our guests. Also, we provide beach towels to all our guest; you can get them at the front desk.

- Are all rooms air conditioned?
No, the rooms have ceiling fans only.

- Do the rooms have private bathroom?
Yes, every room has its own private bathroom.

- Is there  a shop within the ecolodge?
Yes, we have a shop where you will find essential items and more.

- Is there security?
Yes, we have security 24 hours a day and everywhere: beach, hotel, road and parking.

- What is the front desk schedules?
Every day from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.

- Do you offer any discount?
Yes, we offer discounts to large groups, and customers with long stays. Contact us for more information.

- Do you have extra beds available?
Yes, we do. Please contact us to request extra beds in the room.

- Do you offer Yoga classes?
No, but we have a space for our customers to do their own yoga.

- Do you have lockers available for guests and/or visitors?
Yes, we have a total of eight lockers available for our guests. You only give a security deposit of C$100, and at the end of the day is returned. If the client loses the key to his locker, the deposit will not be returned.

- Are there some restrictions for guests and/or visitors?
Yes, we do not allow visitors and guests to enter the hotel with their own coolers.

- Can we go spend the day at the Ecolodge?
Yes, you can spend the day at the hotel. We have a round trip transportation available for our visitors. It has a value of $10, has a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 6 people per trip.

- What is the distance between San Juan del Sur and Playa Hermosa Ecolodge?
The distance between San Juan del Sur to Playa Hermosa Ecolodge is 12 Km; there are 9 km from San Juan del Sur and the inlet needle, and 3km from the needle to the entrance of the hotel.

- What is the distance between the Airport in Managua and Playa Hermosa Ecolodge?
The distance between the Airport and Playa Hermosa is 149 Km; it takes about two hours and fourty minutes to drive from the airport to the hotel.

- What are the hours of breakfast in the restaurant?
Breakfast is available from 7am to 11am. Lunch and Dinner menu is available all day. The last food orders are made at 9:00 pm.
